Shipping Policy
Last updated: July 28, 2026 (EDT)
Who ships your set depends on who sold it to you, so this policy is in two halves. The set's own page tells you which half applies, under "Where it comes from", before you click anything.
Where we are today, plainly
We do not stock sets ourselves yet. Every set you can buy on Brickonia right now completes on Amazon, which means Amazon's shipping applies to every order placed through this site today. The section below about sets we ship ourselves describes how it will work when our own shelf opens, and we have marked it as such rather than implying it is already running.
Sets bought on Amazon
When a set's page sends you to Amazon, the order is Amazon's from that click onward. That means:
- Amazon ships it, on their delivery estimate, to the addresses they serve. We do not touch the parcel and cannot see your order.
- Amazon's shipping costs, taxes and any duties apply, as shown at their checkout. Any figure you saw on Brickonia was a display of their listed price, not a quote from us.
- Tracking comes from Amazon, in your Amazon account and their emails.
- If a parcel is late, lost or damaged, Amazon's customer service is the one that can actually fix it, and they are very good at it. Write to us anyway if you want a hand working out who to ask.
We earn a small commission on these purchases, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate, Brickonia earns from qualifying purchases.
Sets we ship ourselves (not open yet)
When we hold a set in stock, you will buy it here and we will ship it, and these are the commitments we are making now because they depend only on us:
- You will see a shipping estimate before you pay, and the total at checkout is the total. No fees appear later.
- We ship to Canada, the United States, the United Kingdom and France, the four markets this site serves.
- Every parcel goes out with tracking, and you get the link in one email when it ships, not a drip campaign.
- If something we sold you is late, lost or arrives damaged, we sort it out with you directly. See our Returns and Refunds Policy.
What we are deliberately not publishing yet: delivery windows, transit times and customs handling per market. Those depend on a supply line we have not signed, and we would rather leave a gap here than print numbers we invented. They go up the day our own shelf opens, before the first set on it goes on sale.
