Once upon a box of bricks
Brickonia is a small shop with one big wish: that buying bricks could feel like opening them.
Why Brickonia exists
Somewhere along the way, buying a box of bricks started to feel like being hurried through a cash register. Timers counted down. Banners shouted. Stock numbers blinked like alarms. The box was the same — but the feeling around it had changed.
We kept thinking about the other feeling. The one where the box lands on the table, the lid lifts, and a little sealed bag of possibilities rustles in your hands. Time goes quiet. An afternoon opens up.
Brickonia was built to protect that feeling. A store that behaves the way a good toy shop keeper would: patient, honest, a little playful, and never rushing you toward the till.
So take your time here. Nothing on this site will rush you. The bricks can wait — they are very good at it.
What we believe
Imagination comes first. Before price tags, before catalogues, before anything with a barcode, a brick is an invitation: what will you make of me?
A set is a hundred afternoons, not a SKU.
That is why every page here starts with wonder — a model to turn around, a build that assembles before your eyes — and only then, quietly, a price.
Where our boxes come from
Every set we sell is a genuine, factory-sealed LEGO® set, bought from authorized distributors. We keep the invoices — every “genuine” has a paper trail behind it.
What you see is what there is: real stock, plain prices, shipping estimated before checkout. If a set is retiring, we say so only once the LEGO Group has actually announced it.
No tricks in the corners. If a tactic only works when you do not notice it, it does not ship.
Who builds the 3D dreams
The models that turn and glow on our pages are not ours alone. Every one began as a builder’s labor of love in the LDraw Official Model Repository — a digital model raised brick by brick, then shared generously with the world.
The facts in our catalogue — pieces, years, themes — come from Rebrickable’s wonderful catalog. To every LDraw author and every Rebrickable contributor: thank you for lending us your patience.
A letter, signed
Dear builder,
If you have read this far, you are probably one of us: someone who still hears the small, satisfying click of two bricks finding each other.
We will not promise you the biggest store — we do not want it to be. We promise a calm one: honest boxes, plain prices, and pages that would rather make you dream than rush you.
Come wander the showroom. Turn a model around. Keep a dream for later. And if one of them follows you home, we will send it off like it matters — because it does.
